Cattle Country Jacket Cowboy Country, a fun and unusual short jacket, is knit in garter stitch on the diagonal in four pieces plus the wonderful v-shaped sleeves. The edges are embellished with reverse crochet to look like rope cording.

It is quick to knit in variegated 3 ply Montana wool from Sweet Grass Wool dyed by Mountain Colors or semi solids by Deep Creek Yarns. This has always gotten so many compliments when I wear it.

Sm $90, Med $108, Large  $126

Deep Creek solids also available.

Bolero Jacket Bolero Jacket, a crocheted jacket designed by Julie Trueblood, is full of texture without the usual "cardboard" feel of thick crocheted garments. It is an exciting design that you will love to wear.

Cropped length, v necked with wonderful bell shaped sleeves and embellished with reverse crochet, it is one of the best crochet designs I've seen. Also darling as a vest. Matching hat kits available.

Mountain Colors:
Sm/ Med $145, Large $186

Ode to sheep Ode to Sheep, a symphony in wool. Soft spun plus hand spun creates a wonderfully lightweight and soft garment. This shawl collar jacket is below hip length and tapered to go in at your waist.

Using a #11 needle it begins with a seed stitch hem, then the body is worked in a sand stitch. The collar is worked after completing the garment in the same stitch using our “Loft” hand spun yarn.

All yarns are dyed by Mountain Colors and are exclusive to Amazing Yarns.

Small (6 skeins + collar) $129
Medium (7 skeins +collar) $164
Large (8 skeins +collar) $182

Denim Jacket Denim, the ultimate Jean Jacket in the Montana wool from Sweet Grass Wool. The yarn is dyed in indigo, the same natural dye from the indigo plant that the original jeans were dyed in the 1800s. This jacket looks just like a jean jacket complete with patch pockets and metal buttons.

Worked with a #11 needle in a woven stitch, smooth on the body of the jacket and textured on the top. Hard to believe it is knit and not fabric. It is slightly fitted with a collar, button cuff sleeves and icord edging. This is truly the Montana uniform.

Size Small (4 skeins) $64
Med (5 skeins) $80
Large (6 skeins) $96
XLarge (7 skeins) $112
